HUACHENG, rooted in China, serves the world. We are a comprehensive provider which produce hydraulic adapters and hydraulic fittings from raw materials to finished products, integrating research and development, production, testing and export sales. Huacheng was founded in 2000 with 20 years of professional production experience. The headquarter is located in Diankou Town, Zhuji, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, one of the top ten towns in China. There are 30 mu (construction area of 50,000 square meters) in the production base with over 200 employees and more than 600 sets of manufacturing equipment, such as CNC processing lathes. Currently, we set up branches in Zhuji, Yiwu, Hangzhou and Ningbo, as well as plans to set up sales and warehousing integrated subsidiaries in Russia, Brazil and other core marketing countries, which can provide services for more than 600 clients around the world.

The new production base put into production in 2022, in which the production workshop is more than 25,000 square meters. The factory also has multiple complete production and manufacturing lines. In recent years, we gradually eliminate and transform the original old equipment, and we also introduce new robot intelligent productivity equipment, such as 6 intermediate frequency electric thermal forging production lines, 8 robot intelligent production lines, 10 sets of cold forged machines, 500 CNC machines, more than 50 milling and grinding processing equipment, 10 sets of drilling machines, 15 sets of all kinds of product testing instruments. In addition, the factory is also equipped with independent quality inspection workshop, packaging workshop, raw material and finished goods warehouse, which can meet the production needs of the vast majority of domestic and foreign buyers for regular orders and customized orders based on samples.
More than 40 countries worldwide, with an annual sales volume of over 80 million units and over 600 buyers
We have been constantly expanding our sales market. At present, our products have been sold to more than 40 countries around the world, such as Russia, Poland, Spain, and surrounding countries; Brazil, Argentina and surrounding South American countries; Algeria, Serbia, South Africa and surrounding African countries. We are currently actively exploring the high-end hydraulic connector accessories market in developed countries.
