The production base is located in the production clustered place of auto parts hardware and hydraulic pipe fittings-Diankou Town, Zhuji, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China. It is adjacent to Xiaoshan Airport, 150 kilometers away from one of the top ten port in the world-Ningbo Port-on the east and 15 kilometers away from the nearest highway intersection. Not only is the surrounding transportation convenient,but also the logistics distribution and supplier supporting system are developed, which can fully meet the actual delivery needs of clients’ orders.

The new production base put into production in 2022, in which the production workshop is more than 25,000 square meters. The factory also has multiple complete production and manufacturing lines. In recent years, we gradually eliminate and transform the original old equipment, and we also introduce new robot intelligent productivity equipment, such as 6 intermediate frequency electric thermal forging production lines, 8 robot intelligent production lines, 10 sets of cold forged machines, 500 CNC machines, more than 50 milling and grinding processing equipment, 10 sets of drilling machines, 15 sets of all kinds of product testing instruments. In addition, the factory is also equipped with independent quality inspection workshop, packaging workshop, raw material and finished goods warehouse, which can meet the production needs of the vast majority of domestic and foreign buyers for regular orders and customized orders based on samples.
