HUACHEN’s work procedures and quality engineers to guarantee high quality products, on time deliveries, and our continuous improvement have been certified by ISO 9001 accreditation.Our testing equipments are calibrated by accredited testing laboratories on a regular base.

The production of our goods is strictly in accordance with the international standards of the industry to implement the products’ quality control and testing. With more than 20 years of enterprise operation and production experience, we have customized comprehensive quality control documents, such as safety instructions of production, manual of product process, guidebook of quality standard, flow chart of products production, flow card of products process, record card of quality inspection in order to ensure standardization of production, standardization of quality inspection, and improvement and stabilization of product quality.

Our company has passed ISO9001 quality system standard certification and TUV certification. Based on this, we adopt the PDCA cycle method to apply it to management processes, such as raw material procurement, production and processing, outsourced processing and quality inspection, ensuring the long-term stability and controllability of products quality.

We perform relative full inspection and sampling inspection on products during the production process according to the actual requirements of the production process; conduct full inspection and grade classification before warehousing on products produced through outsourcing; record the data of each detection node in the management system for products’ quality analysis, traceability, and improvement.

TESTING EQUIPMENT

We have a professional quality control and testing department equipped with professional hydraulic testing equipment, including CMM measuring instruments, hardness testing tables, 3D projectors, internal hole accuracy testers, coordinate measuring instruments, profilometers and spectrometers, pressure testing machines and salt spray testing machines. We strictly follow industry application standards for real-time testing to ensure that the quality of each batch of products is always within a controlled range.
